I am Sudipta Sardar, a bioinformatician with a strong foundation in microbiology and a keen interest in applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to solve complex biological problems. I hold a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Calcutta.
My research interests span biomedical sciences, genomics, proteomics, and structural bioinformatics. I have hands-on experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS), computer-aided drug design (CADD), and metagenomics.
I have co-authored several research publications and participated in numerous workshops, seminars, and conferences, continuously expanding my knowledge and staying updated with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and life sciences.
I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to contribute to cutting-edge research and innovation in bioinformatics and computational biology.
